All prices are always inclusive of VAT. Transport prices are listed separately. The indication of price refers only to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying picture is decorative intended and may include elements or items that are not shipped with the product and are not included in the price. There are no hidden taxes, you will pay the exact ammount on the proforma invoice sent by our webshop.
Colors may vary slightly from the colors in the photos. All prices on this site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.
We deliver from Monday to Friday; our deliveries are made by GLS. We always look to fulfil every order in full on time, but on the odd occasion an item is missing we will attempt to contact you prior to shipping.
Upon signing for the delivery you are accepting the correct delivery for your items, however, we do understand that you might not be able to open your package straight away so you have up to 48 Hours to advise us of missing / incorrect items.
Orders are only accepted when we dispatch them. We might not be able to accept your order if:
- Your funds don't clear, whether you are paying by credit card or cheque
- We have made a pricing or product description error
- A product is out of stock, is not available, or was a sale item and all stock has cleared
- We believe you are not using our website responsibly
We care a lot about protecting you from fraud. If we suspect that your card has been stolen and someone else is using it then we will not sell the goods to them. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse any order.
We accept credit card and debit card payments via our secure website or over the phone. All transactions are fully secure and are processed by EuroPayment Services secure payment system.
